OVERVIEW: This course is designed to offer best internal practices to implement during the storm when the most important challenge is to restore customers. Record-keeping and required documentation rules are becoming more stringent, and this course will cover ideas and methodologies to implement during the storm to facilitate FEMA/GEMA reimbursement. The different categories of reimbursements and requirements for each will be covered, as well as how to best prepare depending on which category the cooperative seeks reimbursement.
