OVERVIEW: This class focuses on enhancing communication skills and equipping individuals with techniques to manage and resolve conflicts in various settings. Participants will learn to express ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt their communication styles for different audiences. Conflict resolution techniques, such as negotiation, mediation, and de-escalation strategies, will be covered to help manage disagreements constructively. The training aims to foster collaboration, improve workplace relationships, and create a positive and productive environment.
