OVERVIEW: This training focuses on equipping employees and managers with the skills to set clear, achievable goals and conduct meaningful performance reviews. It covers the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal framework, aligning individual objectives with organizational priorities, and tracking progress effectively. The performance review segment emphasizes constructive feedback, communication techniques, and performance evaluation methods to foster growth and motivation. Participants will learn to conduct fair and engaging reviews that drive employee development and organizational success.
