OVERVIEW: This one-day course is designed to help participants navigate the financial decision making and implications of the balance sheet and balancing key components of an equity management plan. Through interactive discussions, practical examples, and activities, participants will learn about how financial decisions related to capital credits, capital investment requirements, and rates impact an equity management plan and relationships of these decisions on the long-range planning of the cooperative.
