OVERVIEW: This class is designed to help organizations create a positive work culture by enhancing employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity. This training focuses on key strategies such as effective communication, building trust, recognizing employee contributions, and fostering a sense of belonging. Participants will learn how to implement meaningful recognition programs, boost morale, and drive engagement through feedback, incentives, and team collaboration. By the end of the training, leaders and managers will be equipped with practical tools to cultivate a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Those who would benefit include:
o Leaders (especially those with positions to influence culture at the highest levels)
o HR Personnel
o Leaders of member services or call center environments where motivation and engagement may be concerning at times
