OVERVIEW: In today’s world, members expect more than just reliable electricity—they want connection, transparency, and value. This interactive 5-hour course will guide you through designing a customized member engagement plan that fits your co-op’s culture, goals, and community. You’ll learn how to understand your members’ needs, create personalized and impactful content, foster trust through interaction, and measure success with data-driven adjustments. Expect hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and collaborative exercises that leave you with actionable strategies you can implement immediately.
