This course is intended for anyone who drives or might be required to drive a commercial motor vehicle. This hands-on training course covers pre-trip, post-trip and roadside inspections that can be performed and enforced by the Department of Public Safety. Other topics include Department of Transportation (DOT) numbers, classifications of a commercial driver’s license (CDL), maintaining your CDL license and your DOT physical.
