30-Hour OSHA Compliance for General Industry Part 1: September 22-23 Part 2: September 29-30
The 30-hour safety and health course concentrates on OSHA requirements, policies, procedures, standards interpretations and compliance directives. Participants will learn to use the 29 CFR 1910 General Industry Standards and associated documents. Added topics of discussion include ergonomics; bloodborne pathogens; electrical; welding; noise; occupational health; permit-required confined spaces (PRCS); OSHA Voluntary Protection Program; hand and portable power tools; and special industries.
The OSHA compliance courses are intended for safety personnel, safety committee members, line/staff supervisors/managers and risk managers. Upon completion, participants will receive an official course completion card from the Federal OSHA Institute.
