3-Day Course
The New Hire Orientation Program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform tasks meeting FMCSA and OSHA regulations. This program will cover mandatory trainings and outline the expectations for these employees at their respective positions. This training is in conjunction with the other training conducted at each cooperative and will ensure compliance within their first year of employment.
