		|   FIVE-DAY SERIES:  AUG 5-6  |  SEPT 9  |  OCT 7  |  NOV 11 Designed as a highly interactive 5-day series of workshops, the Succeeding as a Supervisor (SAS) program helps leaders responsible for supervising individuals, teams, and departments develop and practice the leadership skills necessary to becoming a successful supervisor. Specifically, participants will learn skills related to motivating employees, increasing accountability, and encouraging participation. Sessions are comprised of mixed content delivery, discussion, activity, and practice. Instruction is led by expert instructors provided by the University of Georgia’s J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development. Participants will have the opportunity to complete multiple self-assessments aimed to increase awareness of self and others.
