There is more to your smartphone camera than you realize. In your pocket, there is a really good camera, but no one has shown you how to fully use it. Have you ever taken a photo of something that is too dark, too light, too blurred, too grainy or otherwise unusable? Join professional photographer, Billy Newman, as he shows you or your staff how to take better photos with a smartphone camera. Billy will teach you about exposure control and when to use AE/AF lock. He will teach you about burst mode, portrait mode, how to avoid grainy photos, and more. Billy will also show you how to use a simple third party app that rivals Photoshop, so you can improve your photos after you've taken them. Bring your phone with a full charge because this class is not a boring lecture. You will be getting hands on as you take photos while you learn. The course will meet on September 9th, at the ECTC, from 8:30-12:30. The tuition for this course is $95 per participant and includes course materials. Your cooperative will be invoiced upon completion of the course. If you have any additional questions, please contact Lauren Dodson at
